The Irvine branch of NAACU have had a busy few weeks holding two successful events raising money for their local branch. The tombola was spinning all day long at the Marymass festival and it was a record breaking year for the stall. A big thanks to everyone who donated and helped with the event.
The last event of the summer was a musical evening at one of Irvine's oldest and most prestigious clubs. The ivory keys were played by a world famous musician Peter Seivewright who kindly put together a wonderful programme for our members. A thoroughly enjoyable evening was had by all.
David Rocks, chairman of Irvine, said "It has been a fantastic time for the Irvine branch. Of course it is important to raise funds for our branch and more widely our party but it is equally so to get our members and supporters together to enjoy events such as we have in the past few weeks.
