The Scottish Conservatives have unveiled their official opposition team in the Scottish Parliament, with Jamie Greene MSP appointed Shadow Spokesman for Technology, Connectivity and the Digital Economy.
Jamie said of his appointment, "Very pleased to today announce that I will be the Shadow Spokesman for Technology, Connectivity and the Digital Economy in the new Scottish Conservative opposition in the Scottish Parliament. I look forward to working with my colleagues Jackson Carlaw and Peter Chapman on a wide range of issues affecting our rural economy, technology sectors, broadcast, media and creative industries and the wider digital economy. A strong opposition means putting forward ideas too and that is what I intend to do over the next 5 years."
West Scotland MSPs Maurice Golden and Maurice Corry were also appointed to the team, with the former being given the Environment, Climate Change and Land Reform brief, and the latter appointed as Shadow Veteran's Affairs spokesman.
